Luminate Financial Group is a property finance and advisory company that was founded in 1998. We provide a financial advice service for clients wishing to purchase residential and commercial property in New Zealand. We offer a creative and personalised approach to our clients’ funding requirements and we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all model. We specialise in transactions that don’t fit standard banking criteria and require specialist funding solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in the sector, we have assisted generations of customers into their homes. Luminate Financial Group provides a range of financial advisory services which also includes assisting clients with debt-restructuring and asset management.

Trent has worked in the finance sector for over 20 years and brings with him a breadth of experience in helping clients make sound and secure financial decisions.

He works hard to ensure that his clients get the best possible deal, and has relationships with many diverse contacts in the field. In his personal time Trent enjoys keeping up to date with his favourite rugby teams, travelling and spending time with his family.

Gary has been a successful property investor for over 10 years and has coached over 100 people in property investing. He has now returned to work in the finance sector over the last 3 years. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge in property investing, and structuring property finances. Gary has appeared a dozen times in the NZ Herald over last 5 years commenting on the finance market in NZ. Gary prides himself on looking after his clients and is always available to have a chat about property. In his personal time Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Franc immigrated to New Zealand from Zambia at the end of 2020 and joined the Luminate team. He has a background as a self-employed businessman and enjoys bringing his business analysis skills, experience, and knowledge to his role at Luminate. He has a focus of ensuring clients are taken care of and are informed through good communication. In his free time, he is a keen fisherman and gardener.

With a 23-year tenure at ASB Business Banking, this has provided him a specialised knowledge and understanding of the SME sector. Anthony loves engaging with clients and thrives on tailoring finance solutions to meet specific needs whilst fostering long lasting relationships.
